For this recipe, we used a combination of \u003cu\u003ePilsner Pure Local Malt\u003c\/u\u003e and \u003cu\u003ePale Ale Malt\u003c\/u\u003e to keep the malt profile clean, and to add a touch of body. The hot side hops are more in line with a traditional Pilsner, having \u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSaaz and Hallertau Mittelfruh\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003c\/span\u003eadditions added throughout the boil, but we used a modern mix of hops for the dry-hop including \u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAmarillo, Riwaka, and Chinook\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith this \u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWest Coast Pilsner\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003c\/span\u003eyou can expect clean and crisp lager flavors, with pleasant hop aromas of pine, citrus and passionfruit.
