A blend of 1-year-old Dansaert Lambic with must from an exciting french red grape trio.
Blend of 2/3 lambic & 1/3 red grape must from la Crape, Languedoc.
Lambic from grappa foeders & bordeaux barrels brewed in coolship season 21'-22' must of grenache, syrah & mourvèdre grapes.
