We present you the Belgian edition of our beer & wine hybrid pinard de Bruxelles.
We sourced locally-grown Sauvignac & Soreli grapes from the Hoenshof winery in haspengouw to create this particular pinard.
Pinard de Bruxelles blanc started off with a spontaneous fermentation between young lambic and Sauvignac & Soreli grape juice.
The final blend of 2/3 beer & 1/3 wine was reached by adding extra lambic and saisons from barrels & foeders.
