We started in 2013 in our garage, and today we are over 35 passionate people dreaming & pushing to become one of the best craft breweries in Europe.
Our DNA is based on impact, focusing on meaningful & engaged projects; on collaboration with our community, whom we involve as much as possible in everything we do; and on experimentation, with beer and beyond. We brew smashing new pop-up beers on a regular basis in our breweries, both located in the center of Brussels.
Very present in Brussels and in Belgium, we are also increasing our presence in France and exporting in Europe. We have 2 breweries and 5 taprooms, including 3 in Brussels (Rue Dansaert, Rue Bailli & in Anderlecht along the canal) and 2 in Paris (Pigalle and Canal St Martin).

BEERISTA

Brussels Beer Project is one of the most dynamic craft breweries in Europe. With our mission-driven approach and B-Corp certification, we aim to redefine Belgian beer while spreading our passion for innovation and sustainability. Our taprooms are the beating heart of this movement, bringing people together to share the love of fine beers.If you're a total beer freak, have a big smile, and thrive in a rush – this is your chance! The Taproom is looking for a Beerista who will represent Brussels Beer Project and express the true love of craft beer. Your Job
- Engaging with customers who are eager to learn more about beer.
- Advising our community on the large selection of beers available.
- Being responsible for specific shifts, including the possibility of handling opening & closing duties.
- Managing busy rush times with a smile and a cool head.
- Sharing the story of Brussels Beer Project and representing our values.
- Hosting tastings & tours, Tuesday through Sunday (working hours typically 2 pm to 12 am, not every day 😉).

We’re looking for someone who ticks the following boxes:
- Passionate about beer – you’re either a true beer freak who lives and breathes craft beer or someone eager to dive in and learn everything about it!
- Big smile & top team spirit – you thrive as part of a fun and collaborative team.
- Proven results in sales
- Customer first approach
- Experience in bartending – you’ve worked behind a bar and know the drill.
- Language skills – you speak English and French or Dutch (knowing all three is a big plus).
- Willingness to learn – you’re eager to dive into tastings and tours, working hard while having fun.
- Hands-on attitude – you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, whether it’s lending a hand in the kitchen or helping out at a festival.

We are looking for a Tacos Chef passionate by beer with a lot of creativity to embark on a new adventure with us. BBP Dansaert, our historic brewery, bar & shop will be completely revamped, and will include a brand new kitchen to make tacos and other finger food. We're hiring someone with experience in a kitchen, and happy to give a hand at the bar!
pROFIL

- Up-to-date with AFSCA rules and HACCP
- Creativity to design recipes

Brussels Beer Project is one of the most dynamic craft brewery in Europe. Thanks to our new brewery BBP Port Sud, we are ready to shift gears & establish ourselves as a national player in Belgium & a top challenger in the French craft market in France. We are a b-corp certified mission-based brewery and we are looking for someone who pairs values with ambition. Currently, we count on 5 talented Sales in Belgium and we are looking for a new star who can bring results and brand awareness.
Your job
- Developing the BBP brand
- Managing different types of clients on a daily basis: bars and stores
- Grow and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Confident to open doors everywhere while seeking for new prospects
- You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to move boxes or kegs
- Result-driven and implementation of the Belgium Strategy
- Report and give feedback to your Sales Manager and the rest of the team
your profile
- You know the best bars and the history of several craft breweries born in Belgium
- You have very good interpersonal skills: excellent communicator and good listener
- You are very enthusiastic and you like to negotiate
- You have an “entrepreneurial” mentality with lots of energy
- You are autonomous and well organised
- You don’t have a 9-5 mindset
- You know how to drive a car
- You are fluent in Dutch or French and English.
- 2 to 3 years or minimum relevant experience in sales FMCG

Tu aimes la pizza, tu as un grand sourire, tu adores les rush - candidate maintenant ! BBP Bettignies est à la recherche d'un nouveau pizzaiolo.
pROFIL
- 2 ans d’expérience dans la cuisine/pizzeria
- Bonnes à très bonnes connaissances en fabrication/préparation de pizza napoletana et pizza romana
- Gérer et surveiller la fabrication de la pâte à pizza
- Faire preuve de créativité et prendre des initiatives dans le processus de création des nouveaux plats avec notre chef principal
- Basé (de préférence) à Lille
- Maîtrise du français; la connaissance de l'italien est un atout
- Disponible pour travailler les jours de semaine et le week-end
