Our DNA is based on impact, focusing on meaningful & engaged projects; on collaboration with our community, whom we involve as much as possible in everything we do; and on experimentation, with beer and beyond. We brew smashing new pop-up beers on a regular basis in our breweries, both located in the center of Brussels.

Very present in Brussels and in Belgium, we are also increasing our presence in France and exporting in Europe. We have 2 breweries and 5 taprooms, including 3 in Brussels (Rue Dansaert, Rue Bailli & in Anderlecht along the canal) and 2 in Paris (Pigalle and Canal St Martin).

head of marketing

As our Marketing & Communications Director, you will lead and elevate BBP’s marketing & communications initiatives, driving the brand’s growth and impact. You are both a strategic leader and hands-on doer, ensuring our brand remains bold, innovative, and community-driven.

You will oversee brand storytelling, public relations, social media, and event marketing, from concept to execution. Your mission? To amplify BBP’s voice and increase our visibility as a craft beer pioneer.


At BBP, we brew 25+ beers per year and thrive on making a difference—through sustainability, innovation, and an engaged craft beer community. You will take the lead on key projects, including:

As a key member of the leadership team, you will define and execute BBP’s marketing strategy, ensuring we continue to disrupt the beer scene and build meaningful connections with our community. You’ll come up with bold projects and crazy ideas, always shooting for the stars!

You will report directly to Sebastien Morvan (BBP Co-founder) and work closely with all BBP teams, including sales, production, operations and taprooms.

Your Role & Responsibilities

🚀 Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute BBP’s global marketing & communication strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead our Marketing Executive, providing her with coaching, structure, and vision to drive impactful campaigns, while giving opportunities to young interns to learn and grow
  • Manage the network of creatives collaborating with your team, including photographers, videographers, Google experts, Meta specialists, and more
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, reinforcing BBP’s craft philosophy
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital innovations to keep BBP at the forefront of craft beer marketing
  • Manage the marketing budget strategically, allocating resources to projects with the highest expected impact and return on investment.

📢 Communication & Storytelling

  • Oversee key marketing campaigns, PR, and creative projects from the idea to its execution
  • Develop compelling brand narratives, ensuring BBP’s voice is unique, authentic, and engaging
  • Manage public relations, working with media and influencers to amplify BBP’s story
  • Provide strategic guidance on copywriting & content creation, ensuring an engaging and consistent BBP tone of voice

🌍 Community & Engagement

Our e-commerce is key in our strategy to bring great craft beers to our community all over Europe. We initially set it up to fight against COVID & it has quickly become a big traffic & sales channel. We have already shipped over 100.000 parcels to our customers & this is the very beginning! Beyond the classic DELTA IPA, JUNGLE JOY or PICO BELLO, the eshop is a great mean to bring new creations to a broad community.

BAR MANAGER

35 heures dont les weekends - cdi 

Depuis 2018, nous nous sommes installés dans la capitale parisienne et nous avons ouvert deux bars (on appelle ça des taprooms dans notre jargon) à Pigalle dans le 9e et sur les bords du canal Saint-Martin pour proposer nos bières aux parisiens et parisiennes.

Notre objectif : faire découvrir et redécouvrir la (bonne) bière artisanale belge dans des lieux conviviaux et à notre image. Notre équipe est composée de 3 cuistos, 2 managers de bars et 6 barmaids.

La haute saison approche et on a besoin de talent qui partagent notre mission et notre philosophie pour rejoindre nos équipes ! Tu aimes le contact client ? Tu es passionnés de bières artisanales et tu as la soif d'apprendre et de partager ? Alors viens nous rencontrer !

tes missions

  • Conseiller les clients sur la vaste sélection de bières disponibles, communiquer ta passion des bonnes bières
  • Partager l'histoire de la brasserie Brussels Beer Project
  • Gestion du planning
  • Mettre à jour les menus : liste des bieres et prix
  • Faire l'inventaire mensuel
  • Former les équipes
  • Animation du lieu
  • Mise à jour de la solution caisse
  • Ouvrir le bar : installation de la terrasse et de la salle
  • Mise en service des tireuses a bières
  • Vérification de la propreté des lieux* et de la disponibilité des consommables (PQ/serviettes. etc) *une personne vient faire le ménage tous les jours, donc pas de corvée toilettes :-))
  • Assurer le service des bières et de la restauration : servir les bières, changer les fûts, préparation de planches, gestion des bipeurs
  • Assurer la propreté du comptoir, de l'arrière comptoir et des tireuses
  • Encaisser les clients (carte bleue uniquement)
  • Fermer le bar : ranger la terrasse et la salle, clôturer la caisse, nettoyer l'espace bar et tireuse.

  • 2 ans d’expérience dans la cuisine/pizzeria
  • Bonnes à très bonnes connaissances en fabrication/préparation de pizza napoletana et pizza romana
  • Gérer et surveiller la fabrication de la pâte à pizza
  • Faire preuve de créativité et prendre des initiatives dans le processus de création des nouveaux plats avec notre chef principal
  • Basé (de préférence) à Lille
  • Maîtrise du français; la connaissance de l'italien est un atout
  • Disponible pour travailler les jours de semaine et le week-end

35 heures ou 20 heures dont les weekends - cdi - Lille (france)

tes missions

  • Conseiller les clients sur la vaste sélection de bières disponibles, communiquer ta passion des bonnes bières
  • Partager l'histoire de la brasserie Brussels Beer Project
  • Mettre à jour les menus : liste des bieres et prix
  • Faire l'inventaire mensuel
  • Animation du lieu
  • Mise en service des tireuses a bières
  • Vérification de la propreté des lieux* et de la disponibilité des consommables (PQ/serviettes. etc) *une personne vient faire le ménage tous les jours, donc pas de corvée toilettes :-))
  • Assurer le service des bières et de la restauration : servir les bières, changer les fûts, préparation de planches, gestion des bipeurs
  • Assurer la propreté du comptoir, de l'arrière comptoir et des tireuses
  • Encaisser les clients (carte bleue uniquement)
  • Fermer le bar : ranger la terrasse et la salle, clôturer la caisse, nettoyer l'espace bar et tireuse.

  • Être énergique et organisé.e : il faut pouvoir envoyer durant les rushs
  • Savoir travailler en équipe : la solidarité c'est important chez nous !
  • Avoir le sourire et être avenant.e
  • Un fort intérêt pour la bière artisanale et une envie d'apprendre et de partager sur le sujet
  • Être débrouillard.e et autonome dans la gestion du lieu au jour le jour.

  • Disponibilité : 4 à 5 soirées en semaines dont le samedi soir et 1 dimanche sur 2

Ce poste nécessite de pouvoir marcher pendant plusieurs heures d'affilée, de gérer les commandes des clients au bar et de veiller à ce que la salle de dégustation reste propre et accueillante.
