If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will ask you to provide photos of the product and the packaging to assess the issue. Once validated, we will offer you either a refund or a credit to use for a new order, according to your preference.
In the event of an error on our part (wrong product delivered, incorrect quantity, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Once validated, we will offer you either a refund for the missing product or a credit worth more than the value of the missing product to use for a new order, according to your preference.
For reasons of food safety and legislation, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind regarding beer products. Please double-check your order before finalizing it.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, partially consumed products, or those with altered packaging cannot be returned, unless they are damaged upon receipt.
If a package is not picked up in time at the pickup point and is returned to us, the beers will be automatically returned to our stock. If the customer explicitly requests a refund, the refunded amount will exclude the initial delivery charges and any additional fees related to the return of the package. If you would like the package to be resent rather than refunded, please contact us within 30 days of the order. We can then proceed with resending the identical package without requiring a new purchase. However, the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return Costs: Damaged or missing products do not need to be returned but are refunded at no extra cost to the customer. Return costs are borne by the customer when home or pickup point delivery has been successfully made, but the customer did not pick up the order.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase within 14 days after receiving and validating the return.
The initial delivery charges are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged or missing product.
