This colorful beer is a collaboration with Emelie from Wijndomein drap in Oostkamp, Belgium.
We received her pinot noir grape pomace to macerate on our Lambic.
The result is fruity, elegant & bright.
Lambic from coolship season #2, fermented in Bordeaux & Côtes du Rhône barrels.
Macerated on grape pomace for 5 weeks.
