- Time Machine 🤖 - 5.5% Rhubarb Saison, brewed aged & blended with lambic and yet more rhubarb.
- Pinot noir lambic✨ - 7% Pinot Noir pomace from Drap
- Pinard Rouge 🌼 - 7% Lambic from Grappa foeders and Bordeaux Barrels with must of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre grapes.

DANSAERT, is our new program of spontaneous and mixed fermentation beers, aged in barrels.
It’s been more than half a century since there was a new brewery dedicated to spontaneous fermentation in Brussels. With DANSAERT, we have the ambition to popularize the culture of lambic and wild fermentation.
Behind this project? An explosive duo! Jordan Keeper, originally from the USA and former head brewer of Jester King – a reference on the other side of the Atlantic – & Tiago Falcone, Brazilian and expert of the craft beer scene.
We plan to bring a breath of fresh air to this true symbol of Brussels and Belgian brewing culture.
