MXCN PALE ALE
Brewed with Pilsner Pure Local, Corn Flakes and Oat Malt, and fermented with US-05, the body is light and clean; the perfect background to highlight the coconut, citrus and berry expressed by the hops. And for an extra layer of freshness, we’re adding some Lime Juice Concentrate to the whirlpool.
Brussels Ink
Centennial, HBC 638, Mosaic, and Ekuanot bring tropical, stone fruit, citrus, and pine notes, enhanced by Ube’s nutty, vanilla sweetness with hints of lime peel, lemongrass, and ginger, all on a light, balanced body.
Double Delta
It’s Delta with more of what you love; more hops, more ABV and more great flavor. Still brewed with 100% Pale Ale Malt, DBL IPA has the same straightforward malt profile but with a more neutral yeast, the classic Delta hops shine through. Citra and Mosaic take center stage giving aromas of citrus, pine, and resin.
Barracuda
Barracuda is a hazy, hop-loaded DNEIPA at 7.6% ABV, packed with Riwaka Amplifire, Mosaic Cryo, Rakau, and Sabro. Expect bold papaya, tropical, and passionfruit flavors, balanced by a full, smooth body from generous additions of oat malt and oat flakes.
Wcoast stout
A rich American Stout with 5.8% ABV, blending roasted malts with bold hop character. Chinook and Sorachi Ace hops bring notes of pine, citrus, resin, balanced by deep flavors of coffee, chocolate, and nuts. Smooth, complex, and perfect for winter.

Delta IPA
Vexx
For the 13th anniversary of Delta IPA, we’re releasing an ultra-limited collection in collaboration with the Belgian artist Vexx .
Its aromatic hops bring Delta IPA notes of lychee and passionfruit before surprising you with a frank and indefinite thirst-quenching bitterness. The Saison yeast adds its Belgian touch with a spicy and dry touch. At 6% ABV, Delta IPA is balanced and refreshing, perfect for any occasion.
Farmageddon
Loaded with European Peach Puree and brewed with our local Regenerative Pilsner Malt, Farmageddon is a nod to our incredible farmers who work tirelessly to provide fresh, local products to the people. Farmageddon delivers big peach flavor and a subtle sourness, balanced by a rounded sweetness and smooth mouthfeel.
Kul N/A Neipa
The hop combination of Riwaka Amplifire and Cryo Pop with the blend of Yops Aromatics chosen by our KU Leuven Grads, gives tropical fruit aromas, with hints of grapefruit and orange balanced by a subtle herbal/grassiness. The grain bill of Pilsner Pure Local, Wheat, and Oats remains light for a full focus on the Yops aromatics, as well as providing a nice haze and residual sweetness, complemented by a light bitterness.
RSPBRY SOUR
Loaded with Raspberry Puree, this Brewer’s Edition offers a refreshing tartness with a subtle and unique spice from red Szechuan peppercorns. The grain bill features Wheat Malt and Munich Malt, to add some body and a subtle sweetness to help balance out the tartness of the raspberry puree and the mildly numbing spice of the Szechuan.

PEACH BRLNR
Loaded with Peach Puree and fermented with Philly Sour, this Berliner Weisse balances tartness with subtle sweetness and bold peach aromas. A light grain bill of Pilsner Pure Local and Wheat Malt lets the peach shine, with a touch of hop bitterness.
XPRESSO STOUT
Brewed with fresh coffee beans from Wide Awake and a specialty coffee liqueur from Life is Beautiful, this Espresso Martini Stout delivers bold aromas of coffee, roast and chocolate. A layered grist of caramel, chocolate and roasted malts adds complexity and a sweetness that complements the coffee and liqueur.
EVIVA MEXICO
Brewed with Pilsner Pure Local, Corn Flakes and Oat Malt and fermented with US-05, this beer has a light, clean body that highlights coconut and citrus hop aromas. A touch of Lime Juice Concentrate in the whirlpool adds extra freshness.

Packed with citrus-forward hops like Motueka, Citra and Mosaic, this beer offers aromas of lemon, yuzu and stone fruit, with subtle fruitiness and bubble-gum notes from the Sake yeast. A light grist of Pale Ale Malt, Pilsner Pure Local, Wheat Malt and Rice Flakes creates an easy-drinking beer with a gently sweet background.
