En collaboration avec Fauve, brasserie artisanale de Montpellier reconnue pour ses bières houblonnées, nous sortons une DDH NEIPA baptisée Roue Libre ! Véritable DDH NEIPA, elle regorge d'arôme et de saveur houblonnés, et pour une touche ludique, chaque houblon utilisé ainsi que la levure correspondent à une lettre de l'acronyme NEIPA :
N – Nelson Sauvin
E – Ekuanot
I – Idaho 7
P – Pomona
A – Amarillo
Ces houblons donnent à Roue Libre des arômes explosifs de papaye, de fruits à noyau tropicaux et d'agrumes. Fidèle à son style, elle affiche un trouble et un corps modérés grâce au grain bill, avec une belle amertume. Alors sortez et goûtez cette collab ! À boire frais.

Roue Libre – Samenwerking met Fauve
In samenwerking met Fauve, een ambachtelijke brouwerij uit Montpellier die heerlijke, hopgedreven bieren brouwt, brengen we een DDH NEIPA uit genaamd Roue Libre! Als DDH NEIPA barst hij van hoparoma en -smaak, en voor een leuke twist correspondeert elke gebruikte hop plus de gist met een letter uit het NEIPA-acroniem:
N – Nelson Sauvin
E – Ekuanot
I – Idaho 7
P – Pomona
A – Amarillo
Dankzij deze hopsoorten barst Roue Libre van de aroma's van papaja, tropisch steenfruit en citrus. Zoals het een echte NEIPA betaamt, heeft hij een matige troebelheid en body dankzij de grondstoffenbasis, met een fijne bitterheid. Ga erop uit en proef deze samenwerking! Vers drinken.

In collaboration with Fauve, a craft brewery in Montpellier brewing delicious hop forward beers, we’re releasing a DDH NEIPA named Roue Libre! As a DDH NEIPA, it’s full of hop aroma and flavour, and for a fun twist, each hop we used plus the yeast corresponds to a letter of the NEIPA acronym:

E – Ekuanot
I – Idaho 7
P – Pomona
A – Amarillo
From these hops you’ll find Roue Libre bursting with aromas of papaya, tropical stone-fruits and citrus. In true NEIPA fashion, it has a moderate haze and body from the grain bill with a nice bitterness. So get out and give the collab a try! Drink fresh
