Delta Banzai – Pop-Up de Septembre/Octobre 2026
Notre Delta IPA se transforme à nouveau, cette fois avec une touche acidulée ! Le Pop-Up de septembre/octobre de cette année est Delta Banzai, une Yuzu Sake IPA née de notre volonté d'utiliser une levure de saké pour fermenter de la bière. Venue tout droit du Japon, nous utilisons la levure de saké 701, une fermenteuse puissante aux subtiles notes de litchi et de chewing-gum. Mais ce n'est pas tout ! Pour intensifier encore Delta Banzai, nous utilisons du concentré de yuzu/citron et du saké au yuzu. Combiné à un grain bill léger et à un dry-hop de Citra, Mosaic et Riwaka Amplifire, attendez-vous à des saveurs affirmées d'agrumes et de fruits tropicaux, avec une pointe acidulée et vive ! Rendez-vous dans votre BBP le plus proche pour goûter les saveurs uniques de Delta Banzai avant qu'elle ne soit épuisée ! À boire frais.

Onze Delta IPA transformeert opnieuw, en dit keer met een pittige twist! De Pop-Up van september/oktober dit jaar is Delta Banzai, een Yuzu Sake IPA geïnspireerd door onze vastberadenheid om Sake-gist te gebruiken bij het brouwen van bier. Helemaal uit Japan komt onze Sake Yeast 701; een sterke fermenteerder met subtiele smaken van lychee en kauwgom. Maar dat is niet alles! Om Delta Banzai nóg verder op te peppen, gebruiken we Yuzu/Citroenconcentraat en Yuzu Sake. Gecombineerd met een lichte grondstoffenbasis en een dry-hop van Citra, Mosaic en Riwaka Amplifire mag je gedurfde smaken van citrus en tropisch fruit verwachten, met een pittige, zurige kick! Dus haast je naar je dichtstbijzijnde BBP-locatie en proef de unieke smaken van Delta Banzai voordat hij uitverkocht is! Vers drinken.

Coming all the way from Japan, we use Sake Yeast 701; a strong fermenter giving off subtle flavors of lychee and bubblegum. But that’s not all! To amp up Delta Banzai even further, we’re using Yuzu/Lemon Concentrate and Yuzu Sake. Combined with a light grain bill and dry-hop of Citra, Mosaic and Riwaka Amplifire, you can expect bold flavors of citrus and tropical fruits, with a zesty, acidic kick!
