SMaSH signifie Single Malt and Single Hop : nous utilisons donc uniquement du malt Pale Ale et mettons en avant le nouveau houblon Krush de Yakima Chief en l’utilisant à chaque étape du processus de brassage. Cette bière est houblonnée au brassage (Mash Hopped) avec Krush, houblonnée en premier moût (First-Wort Hopped), houblonnée en whirlpool et doublement dry-hoppée avec Krush.
