The Grosse Bertha recipe has seen an evolution but don’t worry, it’s nothing too drastic, it mainly involves a fermentation with a different yeast. Tripel Bertha has a little bit more booze & body but still has the familiar balance between sweetness and bitterness and the classic aromas of banana, clove & bubblegum. We hope you like it as much as before, or even more!
