A new (All-) Star is in town! Lazy Panda is an easy-going beer that’s a no-brainer in your fridge! Made with all Belgian hops and 85% barley from regenerative farming just outside Brussels. It’s citrusy & grassy, lightly sweet & bitter. With Lazy Panda, every day feels like a lazy Sunday; and who doesn’t like Pandas, right?! Beers don’t always need to be crazy, right?! When they anonymously go in-& out of your fridge it’s a good sign.
Malt: Pure Local Pilsner, Malted Wheat.
Hops: BE Magnum, BE Merkur, BE Sorachi Ace.

Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Lemon Garlic Butter / Grilled Halloumi Skewers with Lemon Herb Sauce.

For those who appreciate a delightful malt character with a medium-light body, Peninsula brings you a Brown Ale with 4.8%. Not as bitter as other amber ales, brown ale is dry and with a distinct malty, nutty flavour and hints of coffee and chocolate An easy going but still complex brown ale.

Imagine a New England IPA with a sour and tangy finish. Loaded with New Zealand and Australian hops for extreme juiciness and powerful fruity aromas, such as mango, passion fruity, coconut, pineapple and a fresh citrusy background.
Malt: Pure Local Pilsner, Malted Wheat, Malted Oats, Dextrine Malt.
Hops: Magnum, Cryo Pop, Simcoe Cryo, Vic Secret, Zappa, Sabro.
Yeast: Philly Sour.
White fish Tacos.

You loved it, we brewed it again! We released this pop-up beer for the first time in 2018 and there’s a good reason it keeps reappearing. Citrusy, juicy, refreshing and creamy even though it’s just 4.2%. An easy drinking crowd favourite. Expect hops hops hops!
Light straw color, hoppy notes of melon, citrus, gooseberry. Silky, refreshingly bitter & thirst-quenching
Malt: Pure Local Regenerative Pilsner, wheat malt, oat malt & dextrine malt.
Hops: Cryo Pop, Pink Boots blend, Sabro, El Dorado, Cashmere Cryo, Ekuanot Cryo & Enigma.

Ceviche.
ABV : 4.7% - IBU: 26 - EBC: 13
The slower the fermentation, the better a pilsner tastes. To ØL took no risks and decided to ferment and mature this pilsner for no less than 45 days. It would be a sin to rush it after all. Enjoy all the crisp complexity that belongs in the golden lager we all love, and enjoy it more, knowing it was made only with the highest respect and admiration for the style.
Ginger Scallion Noodles.
ABV : 0.3% - IBU: 30 - EBC: 20
Our 2nd “alcohol free” beer. More bitter, more piney and resinous! Our interpretation of a West Coast IPA in a 0.3% beer. A pleasant citrusy and fruity aroma will blend well with the piney and resinous profile, backed up by a caramelly and robust malty body.
Malt: Pale, Rye Malt, Toasted Wheat, Chocolate Spelt
Hops: HBC 682, Simcoe, Sabro.
Coconut Curry.
ABV: 5.7% - IBU: 20 - EBC: 90
The Garden Brewery leads the craft in Croatia with bold hoppy beers, unexpected combinations and very well brewed classic styles. In this one they bring you a smooth Stout with notes of chocolate, coffee, toffee. Low bitterness for a creamy mouthfeel. An entry level stout where the malt shines.
Malt: Maris Otter, Crystal T50, Carafa Special 2, Black Malt, Oats, Golden Naked Oats Torrefied Wheat.

Oyster and Stout! Unexpected…but it works wonders!

The Queen of IPA’s in Belgium. A classic! Celebrate the 10th anniversary of BBP and Delta. Not your average Belgian beer. It’s aromatic hops, bring notes of lychee and passion fruit before surprising you with a frank and indefinite thirst-quenching bitterness. The saison yeast strain adds a Belgian touch by bringing some spice and finishing dry. Delta is our first beer. Launched in 2013 when IPA’s were still relatively unknown in Belgium. It’s deeply involved in the process of co-creation, elected by more than 850 Brussels residents in the summer of 2013, against 3 other prototypes ( Alpha, Beta and Gamma). Tropical fruit notes from the great hops used. Lychee, Passion Fruit, Guava. Backed up by spice notes given by the yeast. Fresh, bitter and dry aftertaste.

Chicon gratin

Wild Bruce is a brand created by the Ek brothers, founders of Brekeriet from Sweden – Landskrona, besides their amazing sour beers they also love classic style, they love Belgium and they love Belgian Beer, which inspires them in some of their creations. They bring us their interpretation of a classic Saison style beer, using Belgian yeast strains for a fruity and spiced character, easy drinking, not pretentious, works well for a relaxed after work.
Brie cheese, honey, apricots and walnuts.
ABV: 5.5% - IBU: 45 - EBC: 48
At the end of last year we decided to throw our famous Babylone beer back into the Prototype mix and let it battle against 3 new recipes with unsold bread. A new recipe won and we think it made the beer even more accessible! This will give us the chance to recycle more bread in the future than we do today, which is about 10 ton of waste bread per year. The future is circular!
Tasting description: Light amber color, notes of caramel, toasted bread, dried fruit, red currants & pine. Malty, rye spice, grassy bitter taste
Malt: Pure Local Pilsner, Munich, Biscuit, Special B & Rye malt.
Hops: Magnum, Cascade, Sorachi Ace & Chinook.

The days are getting shorter so we anticipate the next beer moments with a comforting Yeti Bang. A winter blonde that is not too spicy, not too sweet, to which we have added apple juice and a very generous amount of flavourful hops. This Winter Blond rises to 7.5° and offers powerful flavours of hops and citrus. YETI BANG offers softness in the mouth with a good smell of apple and hops with bold notes of citrus and piney aromas. The apple juice we use is prepared by Fruit Collect, a project based in Brussels, which collects apples from Belgian gardens to make juice.
Malt: Pure Local Regenerative Pilsner Malt, Malted Wheat, Cara 20.
Hops: Goldings, Columbus, Centennial, Cashmere, Azacca, Idaho 7.
Extra: Dextrose, Apple Juice.

Pesto Pasta Salad
ABV: 6.4%
Have you tried any of our DANSAERT beers yet?! Generally they’re in 75cl but as we have a new one in 37.5cl we cannot keep this one from you! For this beer we blended our 2 base recipes (Saison and Lambic) in a 85/15 ratio and dry-hopped it with some nice American hops. A complex yet accessible DANSAERT beers with fruity notes and a fresh acidity.
A nice beer aperitive!

Chicken wings with barbecue sauce/ grilled haloumi

A cool can for a cool beer. Designed by Antwerp illustrator Chrostin. The hops come crushing in and reel you in for the first sip! A great combo of American & Australian hop varieties are providing big notes of citrus, pineapple and stone fruit. The malt bill is soft & smooth for a proper juicy drinking experience.
Malt: Pale, Regenerative Pilsner, Oats, Wheat, Cara20
Hops: HBC, Cryo Pop, Azacca, Galaxy, Idaho 7, Cashmere.
Yeast: Verdant
Lasuni Gobi (Indian fried Cauliflower)
ABV: 5.9% - IBU: 16 - EBC: 21
Sometimes we forget about the classics. But we should not! Jungle Joy is part of the family since 2017, when our crowdfunder’s elected it, and it has been improved since then. Is now fully brewed in our state of the art brewery in Port Sud, with the same fruity power as usual. Mango and Passion Fruit make the combo of this fruit ale. Not a sweet fruit ale! Nothing artificial! Expect a natural acidity provided by the big amount of passion fruit we added and yumminess given by the even bigger amount of mango we used. A dash of special malts bring balance to this one. Even in the winter we have the right to refresh ourselves and dream about tropical destinations Enjoy!

Pad Thai
ABV: 6.4%
Morgendugg brought to you again by the Ek brothers. Now with their main brand “Brekeriet”, these Swedish brothers brew damn good beer with a lot of passion in everything they do. Morgendugg is a beer brewed with a homebrew competition winner back in 2019 and kept being brewed since then. A rustic Saison ale fermented with Brettanomyces. Very complex with a lot of Brett character, although still very easy drinking…Golden, slightly hazy, funky, dry. Reminds you Belgium but with Swedish boldness.
Mushroom, Spinach and Feta Quiche.
ABV: 0.3% - IBU: 20 - EBC: 6
Brewed 100% naturally, with a contemporary style, Pico Bello has not undergone an industrial process of dealcoholisation which also leads to the disappearance of many flavour profiles. A special yeast strain was used, which creates fruity esters and minimal alcohol. Lowering the alcohol level of an existent beer was out of the question. We then designed a new beer that meets the challenge of a craft beer without alcohol. Pico Bello is a hazy zero IPA with fruity aromas, a touch of bitterness and a welcome acidity that breaks with the sweet alcohol-free beers produced by traditional brewers.
Malt: Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt, Oat Flakes.
Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Ekuanot.
Really good for a alcohol-free brunch paired with Pancakes and Fruit Jam.

Juice Junkie is already a classic from BBP. Firstly brewed in 2017 in collaboration with Weird Beard Brewery from the UK, and revived a few times before our community elected it as an all-star in 2019. A New England IPA, a full-on chewy hazy. A Tropical Bomb with exotic pineapple and mango notes. A less bitter interpretation of the IPA with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. The use of oat flakes, a less flocculant and less attenuative yeast combined with the use of extremely aromatic hops makes it taste almost like a tropical juice. Watch out!
Malt: Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Oat Flakes.
Hops: Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin.
Yeast: S33
Cilantro Sauce Nachos.
ABV: 6%
Our Belgian friends Atrium from Marche-en-Famenne, bring us a super easy drinking Belgian Blond brew. Assertive bitterness, dry mouthfeel, nicely hopped. A very good balance of yeast, malt, and hops. To repeat over and over again.
Chicon Gratin
ABV: 8% - IBU: 50 - EBC: 28
Twin Cities is the result of the collaboration with our good friends of To Øl from Copenhagen - Denmark, one of the best European breweries and one of the pioneers in the craft sector in Europe. Brewed during our 10th anniversary. The idea of this brew is to offer a "wanderlust" of hops, where we sourced hops from 5 different countries and used them in 6 different steps of the brewing process ( mash, beginning of the boil, end of the boil, whirlpool, active fermentation and after fermentation) to give a super complex hoppy profile, extremely layered with floral, grassy, piney, stone fruit, melon and tropical notes with a pleasant lingering bitterness. A strong abv and a robust malt base gives support and balance to our hop bouquet, with some sweet flavour. This is not your usual Double IPA. We have put our brains together to make this Twin Cities a BANGER!
Malt: Pale Malt, Wheat Malt, Oat Malt, Cara 20.
Hops: Mandarina Bavaria, Groene Bel, Goldings, Cryo Pop, Riwaka, Galaxy, Belma

Also the Grosse Bertha recipe has seen an evolution but don’t worry, it’s nothing too drastic, it mainly involves a fermentation with a different yeast. Tripel Bertha has a little bit more booze & body but stillhas the familiar balance between sweetness and bitterness and the classic aromas of banana, clove & bubblegum. We hope you like it as much as before, or even more!

It’s been a while we don’t brew with Rye, our brewers love the spiced and complex profile Rye can bring to an IPA, combined with a fresh combo of hops from the BCORP farm Crosby. A brewers favourite! Dry and slightly spicy mouthfeel, lingering bitterness, a grapefruity and orangy taste with pine, peach and melon aromas. Complexity in a very drinkable way!

Veggie Lasagna

Peninsula is leading the craft in sunny and cosmopolitan Madrid and usual guests at Wanderlust, our anniversary festival. We selected their Puro Tropikal a 6% IPA, enriched with Citra, Mosaic, Sabro, and HBC 630 hops. Expect Passion Fruit, Mango and Coconut notes. It boasts a bright and vibrant profile, balanced with the right level of bitterness. A mix of a classic American IPA with a modern IPA. With a bright tropical profile! To be drunk as soon as possible to be consumed at the peak of flavour and aroma.
Malt: Pale Malt, Vienna Malt, Dextrin Malt, Acid Malt.
Hops: Magnum, HBC630, Citra, Mosaic and Sabro.
Curried Chicken and Mango Salad.

At the same time we were building our new production facility in Port Sud – Anderlecht, we were transforming our existent brewery in Dansaert into a 100% mix and spontaneous fermentation facility. We have been experimenting with all kinds of funky flavours. And from Dansaert we make you discover this Bourboulenc Lambic, a blend of 2/3 Lambic with 1/3 of Bourboulenc grape must from the 2021 harvest, straight from our friend Jehan de Woillemont who owns Château de Marmorières in Languedoc – France. The blend was spontaneously fermented together in a Grappa Foeder for 4 months. Soft Carbonation, mellow acidity, dry with a similar profile to a natural white wine. Complex character with a funky mix of beer and wine.
Malt: Pure Local Pilsner, oat flakes, Malted Wheat.
Hops: Tettnanger.
Yeast: Spontaneous
