We proefden & selecteerden de meest veelbelovende vaten uit onze kelder om drie verschillende jaren lambiek te blenden tot deze iconische spontaan gefermenteerde bierstijl!
Een blend van 32% één jaar oude, 30% twee jaar oude, 17% drie jaar oude & 21% vier jaar oude lambieken.
16 verschillende brouwdag(en) zijn vertegenwoordigd in deze geuze, gefermenteerd en gerijpt over meerdere vaten en grappa-foeders.
