KUL N/A NEIPA – Brewer’s Edition de Juin
En collaboration avec les plus récents diplômés du programme Brewing Sciences de la KU Leuven, nous lançons une nouvelle N/A NEIPA comme notre Brewer’s Edition de juin ! Avec les étudiants, nous avons testé un nouveau produit aromatique de houblon liquide appelé YOPS. Yops est capable de créer les molécules aromatiques volatiles du houblon, les monoterpènes, présentes dans le houblon frais, grâce à la fermentation de levure ! Cela nous offre une manière naturelle de produire les arômes de houblon que vous aimez tout en réduisant les pertes de bière, et en économisant l’eau, les émissions de CO2 et l’utilisation des terres grâce à une utilisation réduite de houblons T-90.

In samenwerking met de meest recente afgestudeerden van het KU Leuven Brewing Sciences Program lanceren we een nieuwe N/A NEIPA als onze Brewer’s Edition van juni! Samen met de studenten testten we een nieuw vloeibaar hoparomaproduct genaamd YOPS. Yops is in staat om de vluchtige hoparomamoleculen, monoterpenen, die aanwezig zijn in verse hop, te creëren via gistfermentatie! Dit geeft ons een natuurlijke manier om de hoparoma’s waar je van houdt te produceren terwijl we bierverliezen verminderen en besparen op water, CO2-uitstoot en landgebruik door minder T-90 hop te gebruiken.

In collaboration with the most recent graduates of the KU Leuven Brewing Sciences Program, we’re releasing a new N/A NEIPA as our Brewer’s Edition of June! Together with the students, we trailed a new liquid hop aromatic product called YOPS. Yops is able to create the volatile hop aroma molecules, monoterpenes, found in fresh hops, through the fermentation of yeast! This gives us a natural way to produce the hop aromatics you love while reducing beer losses, and saving on water, CO2 emissions, and land usage by using fewer T-90 hops.
