En préparation de la Coupe du Monde, nous brassons une Mexican Pale Ale facile à boire et bien houblonnée ! Brassée avec Pilsner Pure Local, Corn Flakes et malt d’avoine, et fermentée avec US-05, cette bière offre un corps léger et pur ; le parfait écrin pour mettre en valeur la noix de coco, les agrumes et les fruits rouges apportés par les houblons.
Et pour une touche de fraîcheur supplémentaire, nous ajoutons un peu de concentré de jus de citron vert au whirlpool. Alors lacez vos chaussures et courez jusqu’au BBP le plus proche pour vous procurer la MXCN Pale Ale ! Olé.

Ter voorbereiding op het Wereldkampioenschap brouwen we een drinkbare, hoppige Mexican Pale Ale! Gebrouwen met Pilsner Pure Local, Corn Flakes en havermoutmout, en vergist met US-05, heeft deze bier een licht en schoon lichaam; de perfecte basis om de kokos, citrus en bessenaroma’s van de hop te laten uitkomen.
En voor een extra laagje frisheid voegen we wat limoensapconcentraat toe in de whirlpool. Dus trek je schoenen aan en ren naar je dichtstbijzijnde BBP-locatie om wat MXCN Pale Ale te halen! Olé.
