LA PREMIÈRE BIÈRE ARTISANALE BELGE SANS ALCOOL.
Brassée 100 % naturellement, dans un style contemporain, Pico Bello n’a pas subi de processus industriel de désalcoolisation, qui entraîne également la disparition de nombreux profils aromatiques. Une souche de levure spéciale a été utilisée, qui crée des esters fruités et un minimum d’alcool.
Réduire le taux d’alcool d’une bière existante était hors de question. Nous avons donc conçu une nouvelle bière qui relève le défi d’une bière artisanale sans alcool. Pico Bello est une IPA zéro trouble avec des arômes fruités, une touche d’amertume et une acidité bienvenue qui rompt avec les bières sans alcool sucrées produites par les brasseurs traditionnels.
Ingrédients :
Malt : Pilsner, Malt de blé, Flocons d’avoine.
Houblon : Amarillo, Citra, Ekuanot
DE EERSTE BELGISCHE ALCOHOLVRIJE AMBACHTELIJKE BIER.
100% natuurlijk gebrouwen, met een eigentijdse stijl, heeft Pico Bello geen industrieel dealcoholisatieproces ondergaan, wat ook leidt tot het verdwijnen van veel smaakprofielen. Er werd een speciale giststam gebruikt, die fruitige esters en minimale alcohol creëert.
Het verlagen van het alcoholgehalte van een bestaand bier was uitgesloten. We hebben daarom een nieuw bier ontworpen dat de uitdaging aangaat van een ambachtelijk bier zonder alcohol. Pico Bello is een hazy zero IPA met fruitige aroma’s, een vleugje bitterheid en een welkome zuurgraad die breekt met de zoete alcoholvrije bieren geproduceerd door traditionele brouwers.

Lowering the alcohol level of an existent beer was out of the question. We then designed a new beer that meets the challenge of a craft beer without alcohol. Pico Bello is a hazy zero IPA with fruity aromas, a touch of bitterness and a welcome acidity that breaks with the sweet alcohol-free beers produced by traditional brewers.
