This is our 4th cuvée with Jehan, winemaker in the La Clape cru, who opened the doors of Marmorières to us in the Languedoc, right on the Mediterranean.
The idea of combining our skills was born as soon as we shared our first glasses together.
This year, we worked with red grapes that give notes of blueberry, blackberry and plum. We then aged the entire production in Bordeaux oak casks and Moscate Roxo to give it more texture and notes of vanilla, honey, spices and almonds.
This pinard is the meeting of the garrigue and Brussels, to be enjoyed without too much moderation.
