Cβest notre 4α΅ cuvΓ©e avec Jehan, vigneron dans le cru La Clape, qui nous a ouvert les portes des MarmoriΓ¨res dans le Languedoc, au bord de la MΓ©diterranΓ©e.
LβidΓ©e de combiner nos savoir-faire est nΓ©e dΓ¨s que nous avons partagΓ© nos premiers verres ensemble.
Cette annΓ©e, nous avons travaillΓ© avec des raisins rouges qui apportent des notes de myrtille, de mΓ»re et de prune. Nous avons ensuite Γ©levΓ© toute la production en fΓ»ts de chΓͺne de Bordeaux et en Moscate Roxo pour lui donner plus de texture et des notes de vanille, miel, Γ©pices et amandes.
Ce pinard est la rencontre de la garrigue et de Bruxelles, Γ dΓ©guster sans trop de modΓ©ration.
Dit is onze 4ᡠcuvée met Jehan, wijnmaker in de La Clape cru, die ons de deuren van Marmorières opende in de Languedoc, pal aan de Middellandse Zee.
Het idee om onze vaardigheden te combineren ontstond zodra we onze eerste glazen samen deelden.
Dit jaar werkten we met blauwe druiven die tonen van bosbes, braam en pruim geven. Vervolgens hebben we de volledige productie gerijpt in Bordeaux eiken vaten en Moscate Roxo om meer textuur en tonen van vanille, honing, kruiden en amandelen te geven.
Deze pinard is de ontmoeting van de garrigue en Brussel, om van te genieten zonder al te veel terughoudendheid.

This year, we worked with red grapes that give notes of blueberry, blackberry and plum. We then aged the entire production in Bordeaux oak casks and Moscate Roxo to give it more texture and notes of vanilla, honey, spices and almonds. β¨
