Het recept van Grosse Bertha heeft een evolutie doorgemaakt, maar maak je geen zorgen: het is niets te ingrijpend. Het gaat vooral om een vergisting met een andere gist. Tripel Bertha heeft iets meer alcohol en body, maar behoudt nog steeds de vertrouwde balans tussen zoetheid en bitterheid, evenals de klassieke aromaβs van banaan, kruidnagel en bubblegum. We hopen dat je er net zo van geniet als voorheen β of zelfs nog meer!
Met 7,5% ABV is ze vertrouwd, maar beter dan ooit. Proost!
