La recette de Grosse Bertha a évolué, mais rassurez-vous, rien de trop radical : il s’agit principalement d’une fermentation avec une levure différente. Tripel Bertha offre un peu plus d’alcool et de corps, tout en conservant l’équilibre familier entre douceur et amertume, ainsi que les arômes classiques de banane, de clou de girofle et de bubble-gum. Nous espérons que vous l’aimerez autant qu’avant, voire encore plus !
Avec ses 7,5 % d’ABV, elle reste familière tout en étant meilleure que jamais. Santé !

Het recept van Grosse Bertha heeft een evolutie doorgemaakt, maar maak je geen zorgen: het is niets te ingrijpend. Het gaat vooral om een vergisting met een andere gist. Tripel Bertha heeft iets meer alcohol en body, maar behoudt nog steeds de vertrouwde balans tussen zoetheid en bitterheid, evenals de klassieke aroma’s van banaan, kruidnagel en bubblegum. We hopen dat je er net zo van geniet als voorheen — of zelfs nog meer!
Met 7,5% ABV is ze vertrouwd, maar beter dan ooit. Proost!

Tripel Bertha has a little bit more booze & body but still has the familiar balance between sweetness and bitterness and the classic aromas of banana, clove & bubblegum.
