Delta Zero is your ultimate companion for moments like Tournée Minérale, Dry January, or anytime you feel like keeping it light without sacrificing taste. Thanks to a little magic with LA-01 yeast, this brew stays low on alcohol but big on character. A splash of wheat and rye malts gives it a smooth body, while a dry-hop duo of Citra and Mosaic Cryo cranks up the flavor with notes of citrus, bubblegum, pine, and lychee.
