Une Double Mirabelle Gose brassée en collaboration avec nos amis estoniens de Põhjala. Bourrée de mirabelles mûres, cette bière équilibre fruité, légère acidité et une touche de sel de l’Himalaya. L’avoine et le blé lui donnent une texture soyeuse, tandis qu’une pointe de Sabro Cryo apporte des notes tropicales et florales de hibiscus blanc. Une bière à 7 % aussi intrigante que délicieuse — parfaite pour vous réchauffer en hiver tout en gardant un pied en automne.

Een Double Mirabelle Gose gebrouwen in samenwerking met onze Estse vrienden van Põhjala. Barstend van rijpe mirabellen, balanceert dit bier fruitigheid, zachte zuurheid en een vleugje Himalayazout. Haver en tarwe geven het een zijdezacht lichaam, terwijl een hint van Sabro Cryo tropische en florale tonen van witte hibiscus toevoegt. Een brouwsel van 7% dat net zo intrigerend als heerlijk is — perfect om je op te warmen voor de winter terwijl je een voet in de herfst houdt.

Bursting with ripe Mirabelle plums, this beer balances fruitiness, gentle tartness, and a touch of Himalayan sea salt. Oats and wheat give it a silky body, while a hint of Sabro Cryo adds tropical and floral notes from white hibiscus. A 7% brew that’s as intriguing as it is delicious — perfect to warm you up for winter while keeping a foot in autumn.
