A Double Mirabelle Gose brewed in collaboration with our Estonian friends from Põhjala. Bursting with ripe Mirabelle plums, this beer balances fruitiness, gentle tartness, and a touch of Himalayan sea salt. Oats and wheat give it a silky body, while a hint of Sabro Cryo adds tropical and floral notes from white hibiscus. A 7% brew that’s as intriguing as it is delicious — perfect to warm you up for winter while keeping a foot in autumn.
